Goofy rack?

Not the best picture of this buck with his butt to the camera but does it looks like he has quite a gnarly rack? Or is it loose velvet as it looks like he might be in the midst of rubbing it off? What do you guys think?

I initially thought it might be the buck in my avatar too but I have him documented without velvet before this picture was taken and it looks like this one still has velvet...?

Are youing more than one camera? If so are the dates both set correctly? It looks so much like the drop and sticker coming at you I was just wondering.
