Hey all! Just thought I would share my excitement with everyone here. I just got my bear (the one featured this month in Peterson's Bowhunting Magazine) back from Chris Hoskins, our Taxidermist and newest member to our Pro-staff. I am SOOOO excited, this is so awesome. I am such a dork I actually about cried when I saw the bear again, I was so happy. He is just outstanding and Chris did an amazing job. Check out the pics.

Chris, you did a great job!!! We are excited to have Chris on our Prostaff and we look forward to hunting and filming together this year. Chris goes on a lot of big game hunts out of state and out of the country as well as a lot of bowhunting right here in IA. I have been friends with Chris for 15 years and am looking forward to hunting, filming, and trade shows with him.

Nice bear, mouth looks great! Do you know if he rehydrated the original nose or did he cut it out and use a replacement?
 
Looks great! Thats what I like about Chris, he is not afraid to learn something new or do something how the customer wants. His stuff just keeps getting better

I read that article in Petersons!! Looks good!! So did you end up being the first woman to shoot a black bear with a bow there?

From what the outfitter told me, yes, for that area I was.

Our prostaff hunts with us, helps provide additional film footage for our DVD's, and help run booths at hunting trade shows throughout the nation promoting our DVD's. They can be seen on our website.
