Willie Suchy, our state deer biologist, has a nice writeup in the September/October issue of the Iowa Conservationist in the 2003 Hunting Forecast. He gives a lot of good advice on which deer need to be harvested, which should be passed and why. Let's help spread the word. Does anyone know how to link to that article?

All I could find right off the DNR site was an article for anterless quotas.
