I am headed up to gull rock the last few days of may and first few days of june. We will be trying for walleyes a lot but also northern fishing. I was just wondering if anybody has fished it much in the spring and what they had luck with. Thanks for any help

Been a few years, but theres a cove on the south side of the lake (on the Red Lake side of the bridge) we called Indian cove (dont know if the locals gave it that name or something my family came up with) that was KILLER for northerns. Also run way up to where the Chikuni river runs into the lake. The water is faster there and the 'eyes stack up to feed in the current. Good Luck!
