Gun Blueing

Does anyone know anyone they can recommend in the Des Moines, Ames, Leon, Osceola area to do some blueing work?

there is a guy out by me that used to do it, not sure if he still has the equipment or not. h&h repair 641-524-2249. menlo

scheels offers it too, but i believe they send you gun out, they don't do it in house

Very few places gun smith operations do gun blueing that I have ever heard of. Most send them off. Last gun my father had sent off by a smith had it back in a little under a month.
