Gun cabinet plans

Does anyone know where a guy can find different plans for gun cabinets on the web? I can find all kinds of sites that sell em but there has to be some out there that nice people have posted plans for free. I got a bunch of oak for free (fishbonker knows all about that)

to build some stuff out of and I'd like to build a cabinet or a gun chest.

If I was at the folks house Id take a pic of the one I built in high school. 20 gunner. Now that im all grown up they wont they wont let me have it back.

I dont no of any place off hand, I designed that one myself. use your imagination, youll think of something.

Moosehunter, You can always do what I'm doing now. I'm "attempting" to build my own bathroom cabinets and with no experience building them I seem to be looking in every cabinet I walk up to for direction. I have learned that people tend to look at you kind of strange when they catch you standing in their bathroom holding a tape measure, but hey, I need some ideas so I do what I have too. So if you don't mind a little embarrassment

then take your tape measure and poke around in some other guys gun cabinets.

I've got a copy of plans that Woodsmith carried back in the 80's. I'd send or fax if you want to email me the info.

Moosehunter and I were talking yesterday about this (hence the post about it) what I was thinking about making was a gun chest. Something like coffee table for overall size but taller. Have the top be a lid for storage and then maybe 3 drawers for the guns? Anybody ever seen something like this?? Guess I could spend some time here at work on the autocad program and draw it up for myself. But then how could I surf the net?
