Gun season lease

I am looking for someone who may be interested in leasing my hunting property for one if the gun seasons. It is 3 different tracts a 275,160 and a 40. You can choose to do one or all three. They are on the Marion/ Monroe border. The only reason I am looking is that my lease partners didn't draw and I only bow hunt....... Serious people only, please keep rude comments to yourself!!
 
No rude comments, just trying to make sure people know what they are getting into before they contact you, like posting someone else's deer and saying that you or your buddy has them on cam on their tract of land. Good way to fool someone into a lease if you ask me.

I have only posted 2 deer from those properties, the 3rd was from a friend and I stated so. I removed it once I realized what he did! I encourage anyone who would think about a lease to inspect the property and hang cameras or do whatever you need to before spending the money. Not trying to fool anyone.....

Tree-stands will already be in place as well but you can feel free to hang more if you would like. I can send aerials or answer any questions you may have. I encourage anyone who is thinking about it to inspect the property. Not trying to hide anything or fool anyone
 
I'm sorry but after thinking about it I have to post a rude comment... After surfing craiglist over my lunch break I stumbled upon your shared lease listing. I don't know what you pay for your lease but trying to charge 3500 for first season shotgun for 2 people only is absoluetly ridicilous. Saying itsw a "shared lease" but your telling them they can only hunt 5 days of the roughly 100 day season. Also telling them what they can and cannot shoot. I have nothing against leases and people who use them. But you must be paying an arm and a leg for your lease. Its people like you who ruin hunting opportunities for instate and out of state hunters. Your lease and add are crazy and I hope you get stuck with it.

I'm not saying the price is fair or unfair but there is a supply and demand model that is driving that pricing.

You might hate it but it is no different than somebody bashing you for selling your car at a price they feel is too high..........

Heck what does a outfitted hunt in that area go for 4000?????

To each his own but I had close to 10 Pam's and it leased to 2 great guys who ecstatic for the opportunity. You should not it is better to be thought a fool than open your mouth and remove all doubt!
 
Hey its not the first time I've been called a dumbass and i doubt it will be the last... As for you quoting words brilliant. Lucky for you there's a sucker born everyminute. I also seen your first thread you deleted and seen all of the messages. As for the craigslist ad you put out today I can't believe you recieved10 emails about it. As for a jacked up price for a five day hunt. You are exactly the reason future generations will not be able to enjoy the outdoors.
