I must say that when watching the Capital One bowl moments ago I have not been that worked up in a football game in 20+ years. If you could have seen me dive out of the lazy-boy raising my hands in the air and darn near tripping over the laundry basket in the dining room....Intense game....Way to go Hawks!

well this is coming from a huge tennessee vols fan(who also whooped some ass today), who lives in ohio........... congrats hawkeyes on what was one of the funnest games i've watched in quite sometime.

I just love to hear how the Hawks aren't going to keep up with the speed of these southern teams. Happened last year with with Florida and Iowa punished them. Now this year the same thing gets brought up with LSU. Can't wait to see what kind of a recruiting class we pull in this year. Awsome game!
