Habitat plan video/help

I had a habitat consultant from the northeast help me with a generic setup for the farm I posted here a couple months ago. I am not looking to degrade his thoughts as it was a virtual consult and FREE, and his take without being on the property was solid! Curious if anyone has some time if they could take a look and see how if there are any features that jump out or things u might change and why. I bit the bullet and saved some money to have one of the well known Michigan guys with good track record, who has success in putting Ohio properties together come out later this month. Basically I’m trying to gain as much insight ahead of my implementation process in June and forward.

Changes since my last post, I have 12 varying drop pear trees on standby, multiple apples and grafted pears too waiting for their forever home.

Bought two brands of similar seed blend for perennial, one grandpa ray elite other raak fuel showtime, both have chic, clover, plantain, alfalfa. Also have an acre worth of chic clover so 3 total acres of perennial. Other 3-4 acres will go to fall blend and or Milo/corn/ or beans. Should I try and plant spring ahead of rain or wait for a fall plan?

My farm partner is all on board to help but he’s a absolute rookie, he’s game to rent no till if needed for food side of things.
