Hard-horns

Is anyone else seeing hard anters yet? Dad and I went out and glassed a field for deer last night. Ended up seeing a bachelor group of a least 4 bucks. Saw 2 good bucks, one in hard horn, and a pig of a 5x5 that looked like he was just about ready to lose his velvet.
I'd keep typing, but I've gotta pay for a parking space and the school office closes at 3:30.

Seen one tonight pretty well cleaned up and another just starting. Couldn't beleive it when I seen the light shine off it.

I guess it is getting that late in the summer. The earliest I have seen deer in hard antler is the first week of september. Right now they are so tight in the corn where I am at, you are hard pressed to see any deer but in a few weeks, they will be back on the clover and alfalfa and in late summer plain view.........
