Wow, I haven't seen a haul like that around here. Went out today and the timber floor was crackling under my feet and not from branches either. It's dryer than a popcorn fart here. Need rain bad. Those look gooooood.

You aint caught reall slabs until you catch some of these 3-4 lbers in my home state of MS!:way:
Aint no telling how many crappie over 16 inches I caught this year...man love that thump! Matter of fact, I caught 17 this past Monday at Sardis Lake. Having said that, I hate mushrooms too! Cant stand the texture of them.
