how do i get my picture on my name. And how do you get the size down or up?

to create an avator image by your name you will need to go to "my home" then "personal information"
about 2/3 of the way down you will see an option to upload your picture from your PC.
Remember to resize your picture to 120 x 120 pixels - which can be done in your personal photo editing software.
