Anyone eat these and how do you prepare them?

I like to saute them in butter and garlic. Or throw them in with a shipwreck or scrambled eggs for breakfast.

Many prefer them to morels around here. I've never looked for them as I'm usually too busy

Cut into small pieces and saute in butter and minced onion. Yum! They freeze well but only thaw out just before cooking.
