HF 42, FREE LANDOWNER TURKEY & ANY SEX DEER LICENSES. Provides that when there are multiple owners of a farm unit, the Natural Resource Comm is required to issue, upon application, one free wild turkey hunting license and one free any sex deer hunting license to an owner for each 60 acres of the farm unit. A person who receives a free deer license is required to pay a $1 deer herd population management fee. HNR subcom- Whitaker, Steckman, Baudler.
