3D shoot this weekend at Hickory Ridge between Pella and Knoxville at our new range just south of the mile long bridge on Highway 14.

Your choice to shoot in the regular club shoot or the IBA Shootout.
Also have a special Top Dog class on Saturday morning at 9 if anyone wants to prove they are the best around.

40 targets, easy walking, wide trails - mostly well drained so shouldn't be too muddy.

We are fogging for mosquitos this year due to the large flocks of them that seem to be around this year.

The IBA Shootout is the First Leg of a Triple Crown Series.
Second leg is at SCBI down by Derby
Third Leg is the Fall Festival in Eldora
If you shoot all 3 you are eligible for overall awards as well as for individual shoots.

Does this typically fall on father's day weekend every year?
 
We have typically had a shoot on Fathers day weekend for the last 25 years or more - kind of a tradition I guess. We get a lot of families that come shoot with dad - we really like seeing the kids out here.
 
Targets are set, two new Treestand Tower Stands have been built and placed, tons of benchs placed along the trail to rest, awesome permanent practice range built and various other improvements. This is going to be an awesome shoot!
 
Day one is in the books and it went amazingly well - great crowd of shooters with great weather and good times. Top Dog Shoot is over with results posted on the IBA Facebook page. NO Mosquitoes on the course made it even nicer! Hope to see everyone there today.
 
Great shoot on Father's Day, love the new course. Love being out by the lake early and hearing some ski boats on such a nice day.
