I found some of these today as well. Not quite that big though. Some people eat em but I guess if theyre the wrong color inside they are poisonous? Seems like to big a risk to mess with to me. Make awesome targets though!
That's a big one! I've eaten them in the past, not bad. They have to be white through and through to be edible. Slice them into steaks, season and pan fry.....
It was white all the way through- almost like a marshmallow texture on the inside- since there was so many of them - maybe I will go back and get one to try?
