A Few Steps Ahead Of You
After reading a discussion about these earlier this year, i decided that was a tool i had to have, especially for those pack in, set-up and hunt situations. sure beats taking a pole saw etc.

well, after i killed my deer, i was setting up a stand for Late muzz and the blade to the saw fell off. the nut & bolt system that was used was missing and after i searched through all my gear i was unable to locate it. more than likely it fell in the woods somewhere.... unfortunate, but true.

I emailed the company today explained the problem and hoped that we could arrange some sort of solution that would rectify the situation.

after about an hour, my phone rang and it was the owner of the company. he appologized for the inconvenience and asked me to send the saw up to him so they could take a look for future reference, and that a new saw was in the mail to me today, should arrive tomorrow or Friday!!! what great customer service!!!!

he explained that a few of the saws had this problem and it was a tread size issue, and since they have upgraded the nut/bolt system and have had no problems since!

if you have one of these saws, it might be worth it to put a little "loc-tite" on it to keep it secure!

this saw is a great tool for any hang and hunt type guys, and they get a "thumbs-up" from me! I love companies that stand behind their products!!!

I will definitely have one of these by next year. Good to know that they stand behind their product.
