I've got this hotzone fence system I bought a few years ago when it was on sale. I hadn't opened the box until now. It looks like they want the top wire at only 24" off the ground. With the short poles provided that's about all a guy can get. Does this actually keep deer out? It sure seems like they'd just hop right over.
All I'm looking for is about 3 weeks to help a small brassica plot get it's feet under it.
