How many of you have killed deer that you have trail cam pictures of? I thought this would be an interesting topic; one that would help pass the time until the season starts! I know i'm getting anxious.

I'll start with trail cam pictures of deer that i've got that either i've killed or my buddies have!

Got this guy a couple years back. I had no idea I had one trail cam pic of him until a week later when I was reviewing my pics.

Started out with my younger brother in 2008. He was deemed the "Short G-3 Buck. He wanted this particular deer and we had him down pretty good.

Next was my older brother last year. He got his buck a few days after we had pictures of him and didn't check the cam until after the deer was actually shot.

Then I finally got to take one that I had a picture of. It was also the first buck I took with a bow after bowhunting for 10 plus years. I was suppose to be sitting within bow range of his daylight pics but decided to help Dad cut wood instead. It all worked out in the end. Looked like a texas buck on camera with his width and was identifiable from the bladed brow.

2009- The first year I ran trail cameras.
I wouldn't even have been hunting this farm had I not got the pics of him.
He walked within 20 yards the first night I sat in the stand & is my biggest buck to date.

The first buck i shot in 2006.I cant find the field pics but i found a mounted picture.Actually passed on him opening day that year.I also have one of his sheds from the year before.Of course he is the deer on the left.I have video and three sheds from the third deer from the left,but no trail cam pics.Also have great video of me stalking up on the mule deer,But never got the shot on video.

The next buck i shot last year.My buddy actually came into my work the day i shot him and showed me the trail cam picture.I told him it wasnt big enough for me to shoot.I didnt even know until a few days later that i shot the deer he showed me the pics of.He looked way bigger in person.

The next one isnt a trail camera picture,But i had the pictures of him on my phone for a month before i shot him.There is a doe bedded in front of the cedar tree to the right in the second picture.

I didnt kill this deer but a friend of mine did. I was part of it from hanging the camera, then the stand and I was the one that found it a week after he shot it. He and I talk about how it all came together still to this day.
