I'm not sure how old he is, but I think it would be wise to remove his genetics from the gene pool.

I agree that it is tought to tell the age from that picture but he would get the air let out of him to keep from spreading those genetics.

Looking at the bases, I'm guessing 3 1/2 also.

It's hard to tell with that pic, but I would have to think he is probably a 3.5 looking at body size and the bases. As for growing out of it, thats hard to tell too. I have one similar to that over here that I know is at least 3.5 this year, and he looked just the same last year only smaller. Its so lopsided though that I tend to think its injury related, maybe yours is too?
