Hoyt Spyder 30/34

Anyone shot or have these bows? Just curious what you all think of them? I currently have a Mathews Z7x and a Hoyt Maxxis 31 (backup). I like both for different reasons but I really like the way my Maxxis balances at full draw. My sight bubble is always perfectly level with the Hoyt. I will obviously go shoot a few different bows but just wanted to hear from those who own or shot them? Of course those who own may be biased but those who shot them could shed some good light. Thanks guys!

I also have a max is 31 and am planning on picking up the spider34 soon. Now that the 2014s are out there are some good deals to be had on last years model.
I like both the spiders but am going with the 34 at my dl. I think the draw is a little smoother and there is some room in the valley which the maxxis has little of in my opinion.

I bought the spyder 30 last winter and I love it. I knew I wanted a new bow but had no clue on wht one I wanted. When I went to deer classic last year I shot all of the new bows that come out. And even shot some used ones at pro shops around me. The spyder 30 was by far my favorite one I shot. To me it balanced perfect and fit me like a glove. I'm sure u will love it if u get one. Good luck shopping!!

i am in by no means a bow expert but early this fall i did shoot almost every new bow on the market before i made a purchase...here is the list of bows i shot
Matthews Creed
Monster Chill
Elite(cant remember what model)
Bow Tech Carbon Knight
Bow Tech Assassin
Hoyt Spyder 30
Pse Brute X
PSE DNA
Hoyt Carbon Element

ANd i Know there was a couple more I just cant remember...So to answer your question The Hoyt Spder 30 would rank within the top 3 of these bows...Only being beat by maybe the Elite and Carbon Element...I am far from biased on this because I ended up buying a PSE(financial reasons)...If you buy the hoyt you will be very happy...very smooth draw and very very smooth when fired and i shot it without anything but a whisker biskit...if you have the extra cash buy the carbon element!!!!

I went Limb Chicken on the bit the last year or two and have owned the following.
Bowtech Invasion
Mathews Creed
and
Carbon Knight

I recently ordered a Carbon Spyder 34. For me it was the best one of the group.

Did you shoot the Hoyt Charger? After reading the reviews comparing the charger and spyder and not really wanting to spend that much I shot the charger and went with it.Not a bad bow for 310.00 bare.i did have to use a string splitter peep as at that short axle to axle jus didn't like the way the peep fell
