I'm thinking of getting one instead of the one that came with my lone wolf. I'm cuious what you guys think of them and if it is worth the price, and in your opinion why. Is the pro vest just better for ventilation? My stand is a Alpha hang on so the next question is--> will just any linemans belt do or if I were to buy a HSS vest is it worth it to get the HSS linemans belt. Thanks guys...

i got the loggy bayou, came with its own belt. and has a bino strap included in the system

I love mine. Easy to put on in the dark. Only has to save you once to pay for itself.

I had the pro model and got rid of it. The mesh snagged on tree bark and made noise.Went back to the regular model and love it.

I second elkhunters review. The mesh snags EVERYTHING and the stitching leaves alot to be desired. I exchanged mine for the standard model and am much happier.I think the only difference is you get 2 less pockets than the pro model. I also added a short extension to the tether which prevents you from wrapping up to the tree when you have to turn in your stand. On a side note i have also gone to the lifeline for climbing as well as the strap system that stays in the tree. It was a pain not to mention dangerous trying to feed that tie off strap through the buckle in the dark!!!

I had the HSS Pro and got rid of it. I have the Loggy Buyou Transformer now and like it much better - light, easy to put on and can be worn over or under.

I got the cheap HSS and currently use the linemans that came with it. I will eventually pick up a few of the D-loop style that stays in the tree. So far only complaint, same as all snaps, it is kind of noisy if you get in a hurry snapping it together. Sure does beat the tangled mess I use to always end up trying to put on in the dark.

Love my HSS for the reasons above. I don't have the mesh version and am glad as I prefer mine over the top of my other cloths
