Hunters with Hayfever

Hey, besides extra doses of allergy meds before heading out to the stand. What do you other hunters with hayfever do to keep from coughing and sneezing in the stand?

Pray for a hard frost. I use clartin D this time of year, it's not perfect, but it's better than others I've tried. You may want to try washing your clothes after ever hunt to get the pollen off.
I've never noticed a problem with hayfever after october rolls around.

I get a shot of Kenalog from the Doc every 3 months or so. Works great for about the first two months then starts to fizzle from there. I couldn't live without it. If they told me it was going to shorten my life by getting it I wouldn't stop.

Life is miserable with alergies.

If you have a rough time every year, I would recommend immune therapy for your long term health.
As for medications, you really have to try them to find out which one works best for you.
