I'm thinking about hunting both? Which would be a better set up? Our place, or North? I'm thinking about setting up a trail cam on my friends property.

Seems to be a little more timber north. Which has more deer activity? I would hunt both since you can. The more stands you have and the more you can spread out and hunt the wind the better off. Stand locations seem good IMO. I would maybee put a stand on North property just south east of bedding where all the trails meet. Good luck. You've got some nice bucks on camera so you should be motivated.

When you are hunting relatively open country like that you have to make sure you are giving a lot of thought to you entrance and exit routes. Make sure you have different setups for different winds.

I know some guys who hunt areas like that (crop ground with a little timber) and they kill some great deer by hunting fingers and fencelines.

I actualy think our place has more Deer activity due to
the water issue. That's the only reason the come to our place. I don't have any stands set up but it looks like I'll set one up right by my trail cam (if I can).
