Does anybody here know how to weave baskets? I'd really like to have a quiver made something like this one.

That is cool as heck. I could see one like that too, but the outside made of woven strips of leather so that it would be more durable than the reeds and quieter in the woods. Good luck.
 
I do, but I don't know if I can explain it. Believe it or not it's not that hard. What do you want to make it out of?

add a watercoloring class, and you could have the same class schedule as a hawkeye football player (i.e. the ronnie harmon reference in an earlier post)
 
Shovel, I am heading down to the Dominican Republic next week, they always have a class showing how to weave palm leaves to make a hat, maybe I will stand in the back and watch (I'll be damned if I am signing up, maybe I can convince Muddy though

I've been reading quite a bit online about it and I think I'm going to give it a try.
At the very worst, I'll still end up with fire kindling.
