I'll be there early sunday also! If you have not shot Pella yet, it is a very nice course.

I wish I could make it this Sunday. Somebody needs to sell my Open House before then.

I know it says that Hickory Ridge starts shooting at 7:30 but due to the heat, we will be ready to shoot by 6:30 tomorrow morning. So if anyone is an early riser and wants to get out and shoot to beat the heat, come early!

It could have been alot worse, had a good breeze to cool a person down a little bit. It was still hot enough to make you want to leave and get into the air conditioning after you were done. They have a great course, if you didn't make it this time, they will have another shoot in August. Give it a try!

Got there real early and we were done shooting by 9:15. It wasn't bad at all.

I would like to thank Boyd and Hickory Ridge for hosting the final leg of Shootout. They did a great job.
Also thanks to Benton Co. Archers and South Central Ia. Bowhunters for hosting the 1st and 2nd legs.
The Shootout was started to increase numbers at 100% Club shoots. All clubs that seen a significant increase at their shoots without an increase in expenses,which is what the IBA was trying to accomplish.
We will be looking for more clubs to host next years Shootout.
If you placed and not received your medal please contact me, or come to the Fall Festival and pick them up there. Will be posting more Fall Festival info in the next day or two.
Once again, thanks to to all for supporting your local archery clubs.
