It's a pretty new program and I would not hinge a trip to Iowa on any of the properties listed. I could be wrong though.

No I wouldn't plan a trip based on that. I've been looking at different tracks of public ground and some of the IHAP lands are near by and was just curious what it was all about. Thanks for the info!
