I'm looking for a good sized lease in south central Iowa

Alright guys I had a buddy ask me to find him another lease. Tonight I'm busting out the Plat books and Google Earth to do a little research. I'm not trying to find an easy way out, just trying out a few different avenues.
If anyone knows of a piece (100-500 acres) with a reasonable crop to timber/CRP ratio please PM me. Not looking to outbid anyone just seeing if anybody knows of something available.

I see Base Camp Leasing is also membership only now to see rates. What's up with that Brian?

Memberships are free. Problem is the rates are inflated for the 25% commission they take off the top.
