Iowa City bow hunting

Responding to the thread in the PMA section about the Cedar Rapids monster buck, I did a little research on Iowa City. I found the 2005-2006 Deer Harvest Report at: http://www.icgov.org/documents/05-06report.pdf

I started to read through it, something I should have done quite some time ago, but I guess it was easier to bash IC than do some homework. From the tone of this document, it reads to me that Iowa City will be joining other Iowa communties in regard to urban bow hunting. I'm not holding my breath, but there is a slight glimmer at the end of the tunnel.

Some interesting reading JNRBRONC. Thanks for taking the time to find and post the info. I know one of the committee members and will try to have a visit in the near future. I will shoot you a PM if I find anything out.
