It was a great turnout this year and people have really stepped up the quality of work. Over 130 pieces entered. Here are some pics of the ones I worked on and the ones I liked best.

there was some nice mounts there! Any pictures of the little black bear over the lithe pond or the grizz? do you know which one won peoples choice?

Great pics.

What is the significance of the shape of the base on your blackbuck and what are those things sticking up?

Thanks for the pics Brian.. On the back side of the whitetail next to the last gobbling turkey mount, what did they use for a backing? Looks interesting.. I usually use dark leather on pedestal mounts like that.

I went down early yesterday. There were some awesome mounts. Not as big as I thought it was going to be but I enjoyed it. Thanks for the pics.

I'm pretty sure that is the back side of the whitetail pedestal in the 6th picture. It's artificial rock with what is portrayed as a spring trickling out of the rock & running down the front to a little pool in front of the deer. It was interesting & well done but personally I feel it detracted from the mount rather than adding to it. To each their own...

Congrats Brian, your work is awesome as always! I am gonna bring you something this season I hope.
