Need some remedial help. I registered to the site and clicked on "join pool" then when the "join a pool, pool ID" pops up I enter iowaw and I get a message that the pool number must be 5 characters long and to be sure I’m listing the poolID number and not the pool name.

Help?

I did the same thing last night. Use the link Tomo provided and it'll auto enter the pool ID for you. Don't enter the 'Iowawhitetail' anywhere. It's just the identifier name you'll see once you're in.
