Is anybody else having sponsor login popups?

Every page I go to has sponsor popups anybody else having this or did I screw up my security settings on my computer??

I've never had a popup while at college on any sight, they have pretty tight spy ware and antivirus here though!

it was a pop up with a login box....and it was while the banner ads were loading on the pages.
It isnt a spyware issue on my machine, but I did change some security settings.....just wondering if anybody else was getting it but it must have been my security settings because it is all better
