Unscrew the head from the arrow shaft. Remove the "spacer/washer" from the back of the head. The blades should come right out the back of the head on a ring. Take the blades off the ring and thread the new ones on.
Another good tip is to drill a hole in some wood that's large enough for the point to fit in, but not the blades. Just push down on the end with threads and the blades will be pushed off by the wood.
The blades seem to come out better if you clean the head up first. I took an old tooth brush and cleaned all the dried blood and stuff out first. Then the blades seem to pop out easier.
I take pliers and pull them down and they come out fine. Soak them in soapy water and then take an old toothbrush and clean most of the stuff off then take a toothpick to clean where the blades rest.
Thread the new blades on the wire screw the head into an arrow open up the blades all the way and they will set.
