Kansas Landowner tags?

I applied for Kansas but was not drawn. Has anyone ever gotten a landowner tag there? I know that landowners can sell them to an out of stater, but what rules go along with it. Do you hunt there land or can you hunt anywhere? Thanks for any answers you may have.

KS archery tags are good state-wide, even the landowner transferable ones.

They tried to get a bill passed this year to make the tags only good for the landowner's land but it failed.

I seen where next year it will be in that county and not state wide.we applied with 5 landowner and they drew only one tag.For around 850.00 you can get one on ebay.ouch!
