I've never had anything go wrong with my Knight's but I have had to call Knight twice to order parts. Once last year to order another ramrod, and once this year to order a screw for the ramrod holder that came loose and fell out. I called yesterday and the screw showed up today already.

Neither time did Knight charge me for these parts. I know it's been mentioned before here on other threads but for anyone concidering a ML you'd be crazy not to at least give Knight a serious look. I think their customer service is second to none....

Same stuff with me last year when the spring in my Knight busted. Emailed them on Friday night and two replacements showed up on Monday. Was nice but I killed my buck that Saturday...with a cut off tractor spring used impromptu.

similar results here. never had a company bend over backwards to make things right. only problems i have had, were due to my error, and they ave never charged me either
 
I have never had any problems with my knight. I also like the idea of supporting an Iowa based company.
 
I agree with the above statements. I've never had anything break on my but when I first got my DISC I somehow screwed up the bolt and I was very pleased with the customer service. Great company.
