Latest Card Pull

The Hunt Never Ends....
I had an awesome card pull this week, with some great bucks showing up. Bring on November

Here is Wideload; I had one encounter with him last year, but it was after my tag was filled. He was bumping does in a corn field at 1PM. What do you guys think he will score? Also, for you age guru's, how old?

I'm not sure what buck this is, and I'm not completely sure how old he is. Thoughts?

This 8pt looks familiar and mature, but I'll have to go back through my pictures from last year to be sure.

Here is Gimpy. He showed up 4 years ago as a 1.5 yr old, so he's 4.5 this year. He's easy to pick out due to his messed up right front leg. I've seen him a few times from the stand though, and he gets around pretty good even though he's injured. His injury has led him to look like a 'beast' though, with his front quarters being very muscular.

This buck looks just like a buck that Blake shot a few years back that we called PT. He's almost a twin. This picture was taken about 200-300 yards from where Blake shot PT......I decided to call this buck PT2 due to the strong similarities.

Here is PT....look how similar he is to PT2.

I'm not sure what buck this is. He appears to be mature though. I'll call him 'Kickstand'

'Hmm....what's this thing?"

Shorty showed up again. I'll kill him if given the chance. He won't score much, but extensive histories with deer is part of the trophy to me. I have seen this buck a few times, as well as have several years of pictures of him.

Here is a video encounter I had with 'Shorty' last year during the rut. http://trophypursuit.com/chris/?p=1225&preview=true

K2 showed up again. He is a tank.

Good looking bucks, Chris! I can't wait to see what you connect on! We really need to figure out a swap sometime! But then, I think we've talked about it before and I'd take you to my sweet spots anyway!

Whenever you draw again, get in touch with me. We'll kill something :D

Quite the collection.

1) Wideload is hard to estimate at that angle. Using a 22 in spread, I would guess mid-60's just because his height is not exceptional. The width would make him high on my list-something about width is impressive. OK, I looked again, he may have more height than I thought as the tines appear to curve inward at the tops. L G-4 is pretty dang long also.

2) Buck #2 looks pretty dang good also. Dandy tine length and beams.

3) Definately a mature 8pt. They never measure by the numbers but that's why numbers are sometimes not the most appropriate decision maker on launching an arrow or not. Cool buck.

4) He certainly has a pair of front shoulders on him. Damn.

That fourth buck is built like a steer! Would like to see his neck & shoulders come November! Great pull Chris, you have to be stoked! :way:

Great number of choices! Wide load doesn't look all that old with those long lanky legs. The 8 in picture three looks plenty old though.

Awesome Chris, That wideload buck is a brute! it would be awesome seeing him come through the timber! I am guessing 4?? Score high 60s??
