Fellas, I wrote a short book on leadership development and the preferred leadership philosophy called Chaos & Pain. Short meaning 50000 words as it’s considered a self help book by the publisher.
The premise, drawn from my study with Navy SEALS and my time in LE, is appropriate for organizations of all sizes, public sector, private sector, sports teams and even family.
