Lighted Nock users.....

I have heard good and bad about the Luminocks and Tracers, and have first hand experience with the good and bad of the Tracers. I just saw G% has some lighted nocks out. Any one use them yet? I watched the video on their website and it was pretty cool. Definately look to be a little better than the Tracers IMO. G5 seems to be putting out some pretty solid products lately. I think I may give them a try and maybe some of their broad heads as well. Found them on Cabelas website.

The replacement batteries caught my eye as well. I read most of the reviews on the Cabelas sight, and there were not many good ones about the g5's. Have to wait and see.

I've been a staunch tracer defender for a while now; not any more! Two shots this year at deer and neither nock lighted. If I use a lighted nock next year, I'll bite the bullet and buy firenocks.

I use luminocks, and sometimes they're fine, but other times unreliable. Some light, some don't, and ran into a couple this fall that were on during flight but immediately went out on impact, which makes no sense at all. Then had another one that I buried into the off shoulder of a doe and it was shining brightly helping me find her in the dark. My opinion is that they're nice when the work, but the unreliable factor makes them way overpriced.

Keep us all posted on what works...my tracers died and I never fired a shot with them.
