Lone Wolfs are so easy to hang and also so expensive that mine are NEVER left out overnight. My stackable sticks and ladder stands are secured against theft by snaking a homemade 20' cable( diameter of my index finger in thickness) through the sections and then through my stand, around the tree, and locked at the top of the tree with a padlock. I make a loop on each end of this cable by threading the cable through a big nut and then back through it again. Then take a sledge hammer and smash the nut to secure the loop in place. I then write on all of my stands and sticks,"Smile for my Trail Camera." No thefts in my 30 years of bowhunting yet.
