Lone Wolf Question

I am gettin ready to get a new lockon. I want to get a Lone Wolf. I have several different stand locations that I am counting on putting these stands. However, if I am reading correctly on the Lone Wolf website, I would only have to have 1 stand and just an easy hook/strap to use the same stand for a different location? So, I could just leave the steps and the easy hook/strap in the tree and just pack the stand in with me? I know alot of you use and are familiar with Lone Wolf's and this type of situation and could maybe explain how this works and if I am reading correctly? Thanks and sorry for rambling on and on...

I think most would recommend attaching LW hang-on straps to several trees and packing in the hang-on stand and steps every hunt. I can now hang steps and the stand after about 5-10 minutes from arriving at the base of the tree. Others may be quicker but after a few weeks of using this system, one finds a routine which works pretty quick. The hardest thing is getting a way to hang all three-four step sections without having to go back down to earth.

Steps (@ $100/three pack) are a little expensive for my taste to leave in the timber unless you have a lot of confidence in the control of your hunting areas.

You could have screw in steps and the hang on hooks on 100 trees and carry your lone wolf to each one. That is the system I will be using this fall. My summit climber limited me SO MUCH last fall. But I could take very comfy naps in the climber without any worries

Thats the way it works. Leave the straps and take the stand and steps. I hunted that way all last fall and set up went pretty quick. Enjoy, it's a great set up.
