What is the longest spurred bird you have shot??

but my personal best to date are 1-3/8"

1.75 inches, I still have those babies on the legs, I havent shot any thing to top those yet, several in the 1.5 inch area. I have a farm that i hunt where the gobblers just grow giant spurs. Its awesome. Needless to say I am going to be there on Monday AM trying to put a limb hanger down for the contest. I will take some pics and try to get them posted. Thomas if I put them in my gallery could you post them for me im still retarded in that field.

My longest are 1 9/16" and 1 1/2".

Not a real good picture of the length. They way it was done was kinda cheesy too. Since then i have cut them off and just put them on the string with all the other spurs.

mine are 1.75", first bird I ever shot, I have to give the credit to my dad though as all I did was pull the trigger.

Boss gobbler, 3 yrs ago, 1.75" razor sharp. Amazing bird. I gave the spurs to a hunting buddy of mine that was making a necklace out of his best spurs. Get this...somebody actually stole the fan and beard from that turkey out of camp! Some people have real nerve.
