Looks like our wet spell

Is over. At least looking at the 10 day. We are saturated here.
I know a few farmers that still have 1000's of acres to get in.
Anyway, I'm stuck at my cabin due to my road, (can't get out) being swamped. Have had a bear coming around at night tipping things over. Little reminder last night to stay away. .22 birdshot in the ass at about 60' made him do a boggie dance. He came back a minute later but musta thought twice and ambled away.
Sun finally poked out and I took this pic from my back window. Have watched 100s of deer come from behind that big oak in the background.
Back yard is a winter rye plot. Lol.
Peacefull.

“Hundreds of deer”. Wow!! What are deer #’s like up there? I absolutely feel like u are in a honey hole vs 90% of folks I know up “north”. Impressive!!
I’m thankful for this rain!!! Last to complain as it’s usually “please rain!!!!”

Lots of deer Skip. Just seldom grow them big (score wise).
I've done alot of habitat improvement on this small little piece. (32 acres).
Most I've seen at 1 time was 60ish right in the front yard.
Mosquitoes came out full force yesterday. Lots of standing water.
