Well last Thursday my brother and I decided to head home and do some turkey hunting with our bows. We went to a farm we are extremely familiar with and set up the DB Matrix..It wasn't long and the timber exploded with gobbles..probably one of the best mornings i've ever heard
I wasnt long and we had a couple birds working our direction..although we could see two toms at less that 70 yrds they wouldnt commit..But there was one particular turkey that gobbled all morning..Loudmouth Billy
He would gobble at every sound I made and finally he walked in at 10:00 and decided to try to take on our BIG BOY. I made an excellent 15 yrd shot on him while my brother got it all on film..A great day in the woods!!
I'll also add that my dad killed his bird the following morning with my brother filming him..once again BIG BOY did the trick.
Also another side note..as you might see BIG BOY is pretty rough and missing a wing so thanks to Loudmouth Billy BIG BOY has another wing at home drying on the shed floor.
