Lyman Great Plains Flintlock

I recently purchased a Lyman Great Plains Flintlock Muzzleloading rifle. Now I must adamit that I know very little about the challenge of hunting with the flintlock rifle but I am very much looking forward to learning,

I will be relying on the expertise of my good friend Shovelbuck to guide me through my many questions so that I may learn quickly.

Then I get this package in the mail today that has a flashhole pick and a pan brush in it, also three nice flints. What can a person say………..Thank You Jay! :way:

No I have not, I have been really busy lately. I think I may take it out shed hunting with me and see if I can figure it out.
