Matthews VS Hoyt

I have shot a Mattews for several years and thought it was time for a new bow. So I went to a bow shop and had them get a Hoyt v-tech and a Matthews Swicthback ready for me to shoot. I had them hand me each one without knowing which bow that was handed to me and I drew the bows with my eyes shut and then I opened my eyes and shot the bow. I will admit after doing this several times I knew which one was which but I did decide which one that shot smoother, felt better in my hand and truthfully was no comparison. I now own a Matthews Switchback!!!!!

Congrats! I love my Switchback too! The switch from my ten year old PSE Dominator to the Mathews was an easy one.

I just got one before turkey season. I am still getting used to the fact that they are so top heavy.

The other issue I have is they don't fit in a Lone Wolf stand and they don't work with the style of bow holder my dad has on all our "permanent" portable stands. They are basically a U shape that the limb sits in.

If anybody knows how to get them to work in a Lone Wolf speak up.

Most Matthews shooters do have their eyes closed when they buy them...

That is because we know our arrows are going to be flying straight and fast and we dont have to keep them open to see where our arrows missed the target & buried in the ground
