I went out last weekend to get my cameras and had this guy on there. I have no clue what he would score but he looks halfway decent....

man, not a terribly old deer, but he is sure a great looking one with awesome character!!! Great buck...thanks for sharing!
 
Is that lightning in the background, way cool if it is...and a texas bait hunter thought it was cool that his cam caught his arrow hitting the deer, try catchin lightning.

As for the buck, great "junk" for character. I love character points.
 
You know I thought it was just one of those towers are first flashing but that wouldn't explain why the clouds/sky is that color. It might be lightning.

I was thinking the same thing too Its pretty tough to catch lighting. Cool buck as well
 
If you are confident he has a good chance to make it, I'd let him go for another year. Not saying he isn't a good deer cuz he is, but he's young and will be even bigger and badder next year! But when it all comes down to it all that matters is if the guy pulling back the string is happy with him.

Actually it was a Kentucky hunter.
