It looks like the purpose of this news piece is to paint it in a bad light. But I'm thinking it would be really handy for those small trim pieces of deer meat, or better yet, take about 4 loins and make into one.:way::way:

The nationwide market for goods presses for cheap, cheap, cheap. Well guess what, you get what you pay for.

I watch my butcher cut up his product. There's no way in hell I am buying vacuum-sealed garbage that processed at the same facility as slaughter.
