Meat grinders?

I'm planning on getting a meat grinder and doing that stuff myself was wondering what you guys recommended for hp ratings? I'll probably be doing around 10-15 deer a year.

The Cabela's commercial grade grinders are pretty impressive. Get a decent one for as much as you are going to use it.

I got an old hand crank one I use. Works for me. As much horsepower as ol chimmy chummy and nefario here can churn out *slaps biceps*.

My partner bought the 1.5 hp Cabela's grinder and it's an awesome machine. It can take the meat about as fast as you want to run it through, and has enough power to grind through the small screen the first time, meaning you don't have to run it through twice. If you have 30 lbs. of scraps to grind, it'll take you longer to clean the machine up when you're done than it will to grind it through the small screen.
