MN.trying to overturn N. Dak. NR restrictions

I know this is a little off topic, but this could possibly effect all states that limit NR's if they win.

Personally, I don't think a state should have a say on how a another state manages it's wildlife. That's why it's called management, right?

It's a touchy subject. Pretty soon Minnesota doesn't let out of staters in on the walleye opener etc...Then all of the sudden no-one can hunt or fish out of state. I think Arizona went through something very similar with restricting NR hunting bull elk then had the supreme court uplift the sanctions. I think NR need to be capped and managed but N Dakota might be stepping out of bounds.??!?!!? I don't know, good debate topic though.
