College and work schedule has made it tough to get any time in the tree at home in Iowa this year. I was lucky enough to have a calm week this past week and make it out for the Missouri firearms season.
Spotted this guy in one of the bean fields this public ground had to offer on the walk back to my pickup. He gave me an opportunity with about 15 minutes until legal shooting light ended.
Super excited to have gotten the opportunity to take this buck on a thriller of a hunt. Special thanks to my buddies who came to help with the long drag out.
